This list is set up in order to give me, and other app developers ideas for purchasable apps that do not already exist on the market. Some example apps are: 1. An accessible google translate app; 2. An emergency alarm, to get assistance wherever you are; and much, much more. So, if you'd like to contribute, please do so. Warning, no idiocy allowed.
